THE STORY

Client A was struggling to make sales and grow their following. They reached a dead-end and were tired of getting bad results with all their efforts. GreenAce decided to take them on and help their business from inside-out.

GreenAce helped redesign their business starting from their website to the customers doorstep. GreenAce looked examined their business model from a customers point-of-view, helping Client A understand what they were doing wrong. GreenAce then mapped out an aggressive marketing plan to get Client A the best results for the least amount of ad spend. By the end of the first year, GreenAce managed Client A’s business to increase by over 1000%.

GreenAce went from $0 to $3000 ad spend in just 3 days, and all while maintaining an average cost-per-purchase of $3.50-$9 – making sure Client A is always profitable on each sale. GreenAce also managed to increase the Average Order Value for each customer by offering discounts and other techniques.

GreenAce is now managing Client A’s full marketing department and is helping them scale internationally. GreenAce is also in charge of new product research and product development for Client A so they can continue to grow and break new barriers in their niche.

TIMEFRAME

Because of the nature of Client A’s niche, they are only scalable a few times during the year. As a result, GreenAce managed to increase sales heavily and push profits / revenue at an extremely aggressive pace.
